East Hill Farm, Co-FounderKathie and Bill are co-founders of East Hill Farm. The Moultons and the Hogans have been friends and partners in the farm for more than 40 years. Kathie gave Ruth her first pony ride at the age of 5 and the rest is history.  Kathie is a USDF certified  instructor through Second Level. When Kathie is not teaching, she can be found showing her two Schnauzers.
