Scout (sold)
(SOLD) Scout is a 16.1 hh 13 year old Rhinelander cross. (Note: video says 16.2hh but correct/accurate measurement is 16.1.) He has been in my school program and partial lease to a teenager. He has competed with this young rider in local schooling shows at training level last year and first level this year. Last year he earned a high point award for the series at Training Level with a Junior rider. He loves to hack and do some pole work as well as small jumps. Scout is a push ride – not hot and enjoys variation in his program. He would be suitable for a JR or Adult Amateur with some leg. Once going and forward and straight he will put himself on the bit. Not for a strong handed person as he will just go sower and slower ! He is barefoot and UTD on all his shots, farrier and teeth. No vices- loves his turn out and easy to have in the barn. I have no one to lease him as of the start of the school year. He would love a new mom or dad. He is well built and can carry a tall or heavier rider. Scout has no known medical or soundness issues and has not had any regular maintenance. Please contact me by email or text before calling Vibaek@aol.com 561-346-4859. Ruth Hogan-Poulsen.
Georgia (sold)
(SOLD) Georgia is an amateur or child rider’s dream. Although ridden and trained primarily by an amateur, any trainer could get on her to teach her something and say she feels familiar and is simple and straightforward. 15.2 hands. Black mare with Donnerhall in her lineage. Hacks, loads, clips – easy. She has shown second level with her amateur mom (her first dressage horse). Georgia has qualified at training level and first level for regionals and has done freestyles! She has a green flying change and no drama. She has been asked about 5 times for a change – one way is clean, and the other is half-stride late in this video, but can be clean. Emilie – who rode her in this video, has never done changes on her before. She is also 5’9” for height judgment. Georgia had an injury to her face this winter that is completely healed. I’m happy to provide all vet reports on her. Because she was not ridden for a few months – this is why she is priced as she is. Please call or email me for price and all details. Blax Precious Memory (sold)
Blax Precious Memory, a 17-year-old, 15.3h Registered Paint Mare is being offered for sale. “Chilly” has competed successfully in lower-level dressage, two-phase events, equitation and 4-H shows. She trails rides and goes out together with other horses or alone. She trailers like a champ, is good for the farrier, vet, bathing, clipping, etc. and has no vices. Chilly would make an ideal advanced beginner/intermediate mount for someone looking for a step-up horse or life-long partner for the Adult Amateur seeking a “Steady Eddie” and friend. Priced for sale at $4,000 to an approved home. Contact Sarah Cleland at equuscorp79@yahoo.com or Ruth at vibaek@aol.com. Chilly is located at East Hill Farm in Plainfield, Vermont.
Excelsior (sold)
Excelsior is a coming 9-year-old Lusitano gelding imported from Portugal in February 2014 (Torre X Vadia). Excelsior competed in his first PSG in summer of 2017 and with green horse mistakes, he still earned number 2 PSG Lusitano in the country. At 16.1 hands he accommodates many size riders. He is the total favorite in the barn and is super easy and reliable.
Although amateur friendly, Excelsior also has the quality for a professional. He has three beautiful gaits, with an exceptional canter. Excelsior shows tremendous aptitude for lateral work and beautiful changes. He has also started in some piaffe and passage and loves it!
I have had this horse in training since he was imported. At 5 years old he competed in two shows in New England and qualified for Region 8 Championships in NY. Most of his scores were will over 70%. He places in his championship class of almost 40 horses with another score over 70%.
He grew too big for his original owner. I sold him to another client in the barn as an investment (that’s how much we like him!). He is now ready to compete at the FEI levels and I have to put him on the market again.
Elisabeth Taylor (sold)
16 year old KWPN Dressage Schoolmistress. 16.2 but not wide. Amateur Friendly, currently second level with a change. She can and has done more; she knows and loves her job. My working students all want to ride her every day!
The video shows one of my working students who is currently learning flying changes. Yes, I know that some are a half of a stride late behind; I wanted to leave that on the video to show that as my student prepared correctly, Taylor does a clean change. That is the beauty of this mare: this mare always tries and never gets upset! She just lets you try again. Taylor has very nice leg yield, shoulder-in, haunches in and half pass.
Taylor has no vices, trailers, stands for farrier and clips well. Would be a terrific Jr horse. Please contact me by email. Asking 25K with one commission included.
Diva (sold)
Diva is a wonderful and talented Oldenburg mare that is ready to progress up the levels. She is 16.3 hands with three correct gaits. Home breed by a farm friend, Diva was raised and started properly. She was introduced to the show ring at 4 and did some of the FEI 4-year-old tests and training level (scores in the upper 70’s%) at 5, finances forced the end of the showing and she was turned out at the small breeding farm. Diva returned to us about 6 months ago and is now ready to go! She has competed first level and shows a talent for lateral work and has been started in shoulder in, haunches in and half pass. FEI potential.
Shaylee (sold)
Shaylee (Avanti x Snoopy-Sonny, Sommergold) 2005 Registered Haflinger Mare 14.3HH. Bred at Deer Haven Farm. As a youngster, she was taught to drive before being started under saddle, and then transitioned to dressage training, where she was shown in a competitive, local schooling show series at the KY Horse Park at Intro and Training Level, earning scores in the mid 60’s. At age 5, she visited the International Equestrian Festival at the Lexington Convention Center during the World Equestrian Games, where she calmly took in the crowded environment and even served as a demo horse for Colleen Kelly’s Rider Biomechanics clinic. She would be wonderful for riding or as a broodmare.
Shaylee’s sire, Avanti, is an elegant, Silver-rated National Grand Champion Stallion, who scored a ‘9’ in Overall Movement on his stallion inspection, and whose famous trot photo was featured in Horse Illustrated as the centerfold Haflinger in their March, 2008 issue. While Avanti has won a few combined training events and enjoys jumping, his greatest experience is in the dressage ring, where he competed successfully up through Second Level. Now, Avanti is proving his excellent temperament and versatility at his home in Florida, where he is owned and ridden by two young girls and their mom as they learn about dressage.

Lulapon (sold)
2008 PRE ANCCE bay gelding. 15.1 hands by Dante V out of Chulapona II. Lulapon is an amazing little horse with big movement. He is schooling Third Level with a talent for piaffe and passage. The flying changes are well started and soon he will be ready for Fourth Level.
